All you need to know about labor

This lecture is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to birth, including an introduction of unexpected scenarios during labor. Our experienced midwife will guide you through the onset of labor, including when it's time to go to the hospital and offer practical advice on preparing for delivery. Throughout the session, the midwife will cover the following key topics:

  • The stages of labor and when to go to the hospital

  • Support during birth

  • Procedures in the maternity ward

  • Relief of pain

  • Induction of labor, delivery by cesarean section, and other scenarios

  • The first hours after birth

  • The first days in hospital

Currently, this lecture is only available in Estonian, however, you can cover the topics in English with our midwife via our private family school appointment.
