If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the original price.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it enables us to schedule our specialists effectively and provide the best possible service to our clients.

Additionally, we kindly request that if you are feeling ill or have an infection, you refrain from visiting our services. Please be considerate of our specialists and other clients who may be vulnerable to infection.
