Postnatal Workout | Core

About

The postnatal workout focuses on learning the correct breathing methods that are used throughout the class. The main focus is on activating and strengthening the core muscles as well as learning the strengthening and relaxation exercises for the pelvic floor, to support the recovery of the body after giving birth, but other muscle groups are also included in the workouts. This is also the basis for progressing with other workouts after delivery. 

This class is suitable after the 8-week checkup at midwives'/doctors’ appointments if they have been given the green light to start with training. In case of a cesarean section, please join the class 12 weeks after.
