About

This pregnancy workout focuses on increasing the activity and strength of mothers to be, to support you during pregnancy and the postnatal period. This is a moderate-intensity workout that focuses on learning the correct breathing techniques throughout the class to support core muscles and the pelvic floor. Strengthening exercises for bigger muscle groups as well as mobility exercises to reduce tension are performed in the class. The class ends with a relaxation part. 

Please bring a water bottle with you. PS! Please consult with your midwife/doctor to make sure that training is not contraindicated for you.
